No Deductible, Pay Direct Drug Card Provided.



Benefit Maximum:
Base Plan, Covered at 80%, Maximum of $1,000 per year. Deluxe Plan, Covered at 90%, Maximum of$1,000 year one, $1,500 year two, $2,000 every year there after.

Any treatment or medication prescribed for fertility, obesity or smoking cessation is not covered.

Extended Health Services: No Deductible

In home private nursing up to $5,000 per year (Base Plan) $7,500 per year (Deluxe Plan). Ambulance, Accidental Dental. Hearing Aids up to $500 every 36 months.

Paramedical Services up to $400 annually per practitioner including Physiotherapists, Clinical Psychologists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Naturopaths and Speech Therapist. Acupuncturist & Registered Massage Therapist: $20.00 per visit to a maximum of 20 visits per year.

Coverage is provided after Provincial Health Plans are exhausted (where applicable).

Dental Benefits: Can be purchased with the Health Plan

Basic Benefits covered at 80%

Diagnostic services, Emergency oral exams once every 3 years, Full series x-rays once every 3 years

Bitewing x-rays, recall exams,once every 9 months

Preventive services, including cleaning, scaling and fillings, oral surgery, including extractions

BASE PLAN: Periodontal scaling/cleaning 6 time units every 12 months

DELUXE PLAN: Periodontal scaling/cleaning 8 time units every 12 months

Endodontic treatment covered at 70%(root canal therapy), standard denture services and more

Benefit Maximums

 BASE PLAN: $750.00 year one, $1,000 every year thereafter.

DELUXE PLAN: $1,000 for each years one and two, $1200 every year thereafter.

Emergency Out of Province (included with Health Only or Health and Dental)

Up to $1,000,000 coverage per insured for up to 60 consecutive days, with unlimited trips per year. Coverage provided in excess of Provincial Plans and includes hospital, medical, accidental dental, prescription drugs and repatriation in the event of death. Special toll free numbers are provided for claims.
